“All I want to do is put smiles on people’s faces and make their day better"
Our staff is full of people with serving hearts and Kenny Ramirez, our Lead Supervisor, is no exception.
Kenny served in the Marine Corps before joining our team a little over two years ago. His passion to help and serve extends into his job at Taylorsville House.
“All I want to do is put smiles on people’s faces and make their day better,” Kenny said.
When he first joined the team two years ago, he began as a PCA at The Berkeley in Morganton, North Carolina. Shortly after that, he transitioned into a Med Aide where he enjoys the challenges and excitement that come with each new day at Taylorsville House.
“You never know what tomorrow brings you,” Kenny said.
Taylorsville House sets the bar high when it comes to treating everyone with respect and kindness, no matter what walk of life you’re coming from. Kenny enjoys and celebrates everyone’s differences.
“Everyone’s personality comes out [at the Taylorsville House],” Kenny said. “We have a variety of cultures mixed into one building.”
Spending time with his dogs, Jack and Tank, brings great joy when he is not serving and pouring into the residents at the Taylorsville House.
Taylorsville House takes pride in our staff with serving hearts. We not only thank Kenny for his service to our country but thank him for his daily service to the special residents at Taylorsville House.
